The outpatient services at Hallmark Psychiatry work to equip you with the knowledge, tools, and self-awareness needed to cope effectively with difficult life experiences through group therapy services and medication management. We have board-certified psychiatrists, advanced nurse practitioners and therapists, and social workers who offer a higher level of care to those who need more support than occasional outpatient therapy appointments. The program here is founded on the principles of cognitive behavioral theory and other theoretical frameworks such as motivational interviewing, trauma-informed person-centered care, and acceptance and commitment therapy. 

• Prescriptions of psychotropic medications including Buprenorphine and Naltrexone for opioid and alcohol use disorders.
• Psychotherapy: We offer both individual, group, couple and family therapies. Our therapists are trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, Dialectical behavior therapy, family therapy. Our therapists are board certified and very compassionate and have many years of experience.
• TMS for resistant depression and OCD
• Ketamine treatment for resistant depression and PTSD
• Telehealth services are available Monday to Saturdays.
